Is Picture Publisher 8 compatible with Windows 8?

I can't seem to install my Renditioner Pro V3. I keep getting a message Must install SketchUp first even though I already have sketchUp 15 installed.

I've tried the latest download as well as a previous version with the same results. After a few minutes the program freezes and then crashes my computer.

Is this software just a trial?
