No, the software won't be compatible with Windows 8 because it was released a very long time ago, and at the time of release, the only versions of Windows compatible with it were: Windows 95 and Windows NT. There is no Windows 8, XP, 7, etc.
This means you could only try running it on Windows XP through virtualization, but it's not guaranteed that it will work.
