Every time I use BDolt DVD ISO Maker to convert ISO to DVD, the program stops working.

I plugged it in but it keeps loading saying 'Please check connection', and it seems like the device is working OK, but it still does not do anything.

Until the last update my TUC was working, but now it doesn't. Why? I haven't changed any of the settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it makes no difference.
