IMO is not working normally

I am the registered user of IMO in UAE. This morning I find IMO not working. Can you please tell me why?

IMO is available for Apple and Android. If you encounter issues with the application, then I recommend you reinstall the software. Nothing will be lost if you delete it since the account is still there. Secondly, connect to another network (WiFi/Data) and then log-in again with your account.
