I have Easy Weather 9.3.1 Hyundai WSP 3080 R WIND weather station connected via USB port. The weather data is sent to the app.weathercloud.

The display unit is working fine. The data from the display only partially transmits to the Mac PC. Main screen nothing, settings and min/max screens are ok.

I have a fully functioning weather station (Digitech XC0348) which works with existing Windows 10 and Windows 7 computers.

Until two ago, I was able to view data history and 'export' data to a sreadsheet. Now, it repeatedly refers to requiring "administrator's permission" and data fail.

I would like the maximum wind speed to be part of the data I export but I cannot find a way. As the maximum can be seen in the easy weather program I should be able to export it as well, right?

All the graph functions work correctly for me except rainfall. Rainfall is shown as a cumulative amount; each new value is added to the previous one.

I have had this weather station since October 2018 and it has been working fine. Yesterday it stopped showing the data from the outside station on the display inside.

Hi, I've received an EasyWeather Station running Version 6.1 software. Do you suggest to upgrade to the latest release? If yes, does the latest release run on WIN XP?

I currently use Linux and so can't use EasyWeather - do you plan to release a Linux version? Alternatively do you plan on releasing something cross platform in Java for example?

Downloaded EasyWeather 9.2 and when I connected to the basestation I get invalid pointer error invalid database.

I have the EasyWeather software in the WS1081 station, but I can't delete the maximum and minimum values that originally came with the station, it does not allow me to erase them or update them.

I can't download the data from my weather station to the computer now that I have upgraded to Windows 10 -- worked perfectly before that. I have version 7.

When I scroll through the history on the base station I can see 10 days worth of data, however when I connect to my PC I can only access the last 4 days of data.
