When I drag a file/folder to the upload box, it just keeps saying "Starting". In other words, it doesn't start the upload. What can I do?

I've used my 4Shared Desktop for several times, but now it won't really start right. When I drag a file/folder to the upload box, it just keeps saying "Starting".
