The easiest way is to completely uninstall the products and then use a registry cleaner to delete the obsolete entries and, when the process is finished, download the games you have paid for. Alternatively, make sure you have the latest versions of Flash and DirectX.
If you have problems removing the software, try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
