Free Download Manager installation instructions.

I had been using Free Download Manager for a month or so with no issues. Abruptly it stopped working. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it from the software website.

I keep getting this message and at the present time I am at 99% download. Will the download resume on its own or is there something that I need to do to resume download? I don't understand why this continues to happen.
