In order to fix the issue, I recommend you update both Firefox and Download Accelerator Plus. Access the Mozilla Download Center, click the Download/Update button, save the file on your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. After that, visit Software Informer review page of Download Accelerator Plus software, click the green Download button and launch the installer after the downloading process is complete. Once you install the program, restart Firefox and enable the plugin.
