I donwloaded pc sync 4.0 but it doesn't find the language file
I downoladed and installed pc sync 4.0 but when I try to open it, it says "Could not load language DLL: PCSYNCAS.LNG" Can you help me please?

Files dated 2021 show as 2020 in Magellan Explorer, is there an update or patch?
Have used Magellan Explorer for years but neither 3.32 or 3.33 correctly handle files dated in 2021, displaying them as 2020, even though Windows Explorer shows correct date.
