My windows 98 computer does not recognize my Amazing Boxes HELP!

I have 2 Amazing boxes..one with the serial port and one usb. The software is loaded on my windows 98 and xp computers but. Box boxes power on however I get the message "Cannot open COM/usb port tp access converter box.Mo such COM/usb port available" OR when I try to access the files on a card, the computer doesn't seem to recognize the Amazing Box. Do I need new drivers or are the boxes unusable anymore? Can anyone help me?
