Files dated 2021 show as 2020 in Magellan Explorer, is there an update or patch?

Have used Magellan Explorer for years but neither 3.32 or 3.33 correctly handle files dated in 2021, displaying them as 2020, even though Windows Explorer shows correct date. Is there a fix for this?
