How can I copy my existing desktop e-form files from one computer to another?

I have the desktop e form programme version 6.2 on my previous laptop and I want to transfer the complete file onto my new laptop. How can I do this and retain all the information?

I cannot access the FTP server these forms are saved in Windows 10, only in Windows 7.

I am trying to use Filenet eForms Designer. When I try to access the FTP server to save the form or configure the set up it says my password is incorrect or corrupt in Win 10.
