I cannot access the FTP server these forms are saved in Windows 10, only in Windows 7.

I am trying to use Filenet eForms Designer. When I try to access the FTP server to save the form or configure the set up it says my password is incorrect or corrupt in Win 10. But when I do this in Win 7 it works fine. How can I get this to work in Win 10?
