I just downloaded the encompass 504kb file and installed it on my Windows 10 Lenevo laptop but after that am not able to access the application (app icon is not reflecting anywhere).

I have to buy a new laptop computer and was told Encompass 360 will not work with Windows 10, but I cannot find a new computer with Windows 7 installed.

Is this the program that you can use to order tax transcripts and other such documents from the IRS?
