EllieMae.EMLite.Commom.Version.VersionInformation error

When i login to encompass in Windows 10 machine it shows the following error "Unknown login error: The type initializer for 'EllieMae.EMLite.Commom.Version.VersionInformation' threw an exception." . Kindly advise us with the proper solution for this.

I solve this issue by switching the language and timezone of my laptop to the USA pattern. I was using the portuguese(brazillian) language before and it wasn't working.
