Unable to use Encompass in Windows 10.

I just downloaded the encompass 504kb file and installed it on my Windows 10 Lenevo laptop but after that am not able to access the application (app icon is not reflecting anywhere).

What you've downloaded is a stubby pre-requisite installer. After its completion, the application will continue to install all the necessary files to have Encompass added in its full version on your PC.
