I have a system that 2 users are logging into. We have Fas-Tracker installed on a shared drive.

I deleted someone from my contacts list. When I look at the recently added list, it says I can re-add them. I looked again today and saw it says pending.

I tried to add a reference pattern to Xpert Highscore but the option "add user pattern to database " is deactivated.

How do I add a user?
