Add user pattern to database of Xpert Highscore.

Question

I tried to add a reference pattern to Xpert Highscore but the option "add user pattern to database " is deactivated. I go to Customize >> Program settings >> Reference Patterns and tick "Allow database modifications". But still no action. I started program as administrator. Delete function is working but add function is not working.

The process of modifying the pattern database as well as managing the resources contained in the database is explained in the official PDF file. Access Google Search and download the PDF file from the Prism.mit.edu website. The information you need as well as instructions is located on the page 9 of the PDF file. Adobe Reader or any other compatible PDF reader is required to open the file.
