Like others I cannot access the database, when will it be resolved?

I have used SPL for years,never had issues, but in the last few days, no access for date, any ideas?

can you find my original password, i have had a new harddrive put in my computer and cannot access my spot2log records, i have over 5000 numbers which i will loose.

I have lost my password after having new hard rive fitted, I can't find how to get in touch with them, any help will be wonderful, thanks Peter Caulkin
