Latest questions about "ninjagram"

I open it up and the tab pops up that says "starting instagram" and it never opens up. How can I fix this?

I have a small Acer and an HP computer and because the screen is small you can't see neither the "Gather" button nor "Start/Stop" and Ninjagram doesn't allow you to scroll down.
