My Phantom EFX 'Alice' (Mad Tea Party) Launches normally up to 'Loading' screen. After that all I get is a blank screen with audio in background.

What to do when my apps does not open in Bluestacks? It only shows loading.

I installed the runtime and the full version but when I start it I can't see anything. It shows that it's loading and that's it. Can anyone help me?

Maybe about 6 days ago my BlueStacks crashed while I was on Instagram.
