Been using InspectNow for years beyond the time company closed. I am all of a sudden getting a message that my license expired 1/1/2018? How do I get passed this?

We have Engauge software in our company as we have 20 devices (Enraf 854) and 13 devices (Radar enraf ). The license of this software is out of date and we need to update this license (renew it).
