Latest questions about "file open error"

We use QS Pro 7x to broadcast a PowerPoint. Normally I can just save the PowerPoint as a .wmv file and then I go to Player Schedule > Load schedule.

I have issues with circle files opening in TechnoCAD 15.8 Windows 7 Professional 64bit. Any suggestion? I get the error message "The document is already in use" or "Encountered an improper argument".
