Is EZ Vinyl/Tape Converter compatible with iTunes?

I no longer can use the converted Vinyl LPs in iTunes and I tried Windows Media Player, but I can't add the folder to its library. This makes the ION product relatively useless.

The program won't communicate with iTunes 10 under Windows 7 64-bit and 32-bit. How can I solve this?

Every time I finish a recording I get a message saying there's an active window opened and the recording can't be exported. Nothing appears to be open or running.
