In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, open Turn Windows features on or off window, expand the Media Features list, un-check the box next to Windows Media Player and click OK:

After that, enable again the player and try to import the folder using the instructions from the official web page. If you have problems, try to update the utility. Once you launch it, press the Alt key and go to Help > Check for Updates:

However, I recommend you use iTunes with EZ Vinyl/Tape Converter files. If you have problems with iTunes, try to uninstall it and then install it again.
