Hello, my company has both JobBOSS and AutoVue programs, but we are having a problem getting AutoVue to print. Is there anything you can recommend?

We got the new Autocad 2013 and now our AutoVue does not work correctly with the new Autocad. We have an unsupported file coming up when I print the job traveller.

I receive an error 11888 when I am installing AutoCAD 2013 for Windows 7 64bit

Trying to install AutoCAD 2013 in a 64bit Windows 7 environment but I keep receiving error 11888 every time. How to fix this error?
