I have Scrpbk F 3.0 on disc. It will not install on Win10, how to upgrade to v5 and the cost?
I have a licensed copy of v3.0 on disc, and have used it on Win 7 and 8. For some reason the installation on Win 10 is interrupted, and can't be completed.
