can't install Wavelab Essential on my new Windows10 PC

Please help - I have the CD that I bought years ago (S/N 0790008952) and it installed but I'm unable to launch it. I have paid for updates over the years (with my old email [email protected]) but it kicks me out when I launch it. Wasn't able to install eLicenser either. Suggestions?
