Is there software that removes artifacts from a movie?

I have a QUICKTIME movie that was shot in low light and I'm looking for software that will remove the artifacts due to the low lighting. Is there such software?

Is it possible to save and load in this game? As far as I understand we must start at the beginning every time. There is no "save" option coming up when you quit.

My computer will play the free trial version. I tried downloading the full version off internet...it went thru the process but would not play.
