Aion starts normally every time I launch it, but after a few seconds later when I am in the game and want to talk, the screen freezes. I can move the mouse to no availability.

I start the update for the game and it starts very well but it the stops around 50%, later in the day it stopped at 20%. Is there something wrong, please help.

I downloaded and installed Aion Free-To-Play but it needs an update, and when the NC Launcher update window pops up, it keeps loading and loading until at some point it stops responding and later on...
