How to record both sides on an LP and skip tracks

I am manually changing tracks during the pause between tracks but don't know how to proceed at the end of side one while turning over the LP and queuing up the other side.

The 4th step, when you can put the album info, keeps changing beetwen 2 different pages. One is ok, it has several lines to put the songs title in.

I want to tag tracks while doing the conversion with this application.

Anyone knows how to have tagged track names, album etc., show up in iTunes when exported using EZ vinyl? I'm using it with a MAC OS desktop.

Does anyone know how to get EZ Vinyl to recognize iTunes. When I attempt to open EZ Vinyl Tape converter I get an error that iTunes must be loaded.
