How to record both sides on an LP and skip tracks

Question

I am manually changing tracks during the pause between tracks but don't know how to proceed at the end of side one while turning over the LP and queuing up the other side. I don't see a pause command and I may like to select several tracks from both sides and save as one album in iTunes when done.

When after recording side one of an album and try to continue to record side two it comes up recrding finished and won`t continue to record.How can I record both sides?
