Will this software back up my register programming, allowing me to switch from restaurant to retail mode without re-doing all my programming? Royal TS1200MW.

Will be using register to train people with disabilities some basic register use, and would like to switch between restaurant and retail without major re-programming.

The PC Communications is not sending information to my Laptop, it has worked for a long time before, what should I do?
