I have being trying to find out for a month now, even phoning the international phone number twice - to receive recorded message "not connected".

Many thanks for a reply. I've downloaded the audio drivers but the program doesn't work any longer - with the message that Windows encountered problem and could no longer find solution.

It says I should use the speakers as input but then has statement 'This source have not volume control'.
