When I install PeakScanner on my lab computer I only can use it once. After closing the program it never starts again. I have to delete the program and re-install it again every time I need to use it.

When I add my samples, the software shows 1 problem - a sample file is corrupted. What should I do?

Is the Peak Scanner program able to give the modulation score of each peak? The modulation score is the statistical confidence of each peak. This data is used to be given by the genotyper program.
