I need the ew_hwusbdev.sys file.

I have the Idea Netsetter 3G. When I installed the software, it asked for the file ew_hwusbdev.sys on HUAWEI Multimedia USB Driver Disk that is missing.

When trying to run Offline CD Browser on a Windows 7 machine I get the following error "Component encrypter.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

I have tried downloading it from 3 different locations. On one occasion I downloaded it from the author's website and then upgraded it from the same site.
