I start Maxagent and I get the version of Microsoft UCCAP which does not match

I start Maxagent and get version of Microsoft UCCAP (0.0.0.1) that does not match the phone system's version of MAXCS (2.0.6362.15). I keep on getting a message ''Would you like to upgrade?
