I already installed the software, but I cannot send any fax.

I already installed the software, but I cannot send any fax. Message goes on waiting/outbox. Furthermore it does not initialize! Can you please help me?

Initalizing for receiving faxes.

When I bring up the Communicator it says Not initialized (6) - No faxes waiting. How do I initailize the program? I can't find "initialize" in the Help Index.
