I'm using Windows and I need to covert some 32-bit finished tracks to 24-bit for mastering. Firstly, can I do this with Cool Edit? Will I lose any quality in the process?

I really like Cool Edit Pro by Syntrillium and I was going to buy it today, but I found out that the firm no longer exists and is selling with Adobe sofware called Audition.
