Is not available to download. Can you load this software for download?

My shortcuts expansions do not expand properly on my new transcription platform, even though it's also a Word program.

I will be purchasing a new computer soon, probably with Windows 8 or 8.1. I currently use Shortcut program in Windows XP for medical transcription.

I have a shortcut for Windows XP but it works in my Vista on my home computer. When I tried to back it up and put it on another computer it says I'm missing an scl file.
