Latest questions about "everyday jigsaw"

I’ve been trying to download a new set of puzzles but it just keeps buffering, been doing these puzzles for years and never had a problem before.

The picture has frozen on one jigsaw, therefore cannot use the app.

I have lots of puzzles in my treasury of "Everyday Jigsaw" and it is really difficult to scroll down to the one I am working on at the moment, especially when it is at the end (this is on iPad).
