The 'Open with' feature duplicates my applications every time I install an update. How can I fix this?

What is wrong with this application? It displays different results upon scanning with different Windows accounts.

My user account is normally a limited account. If I run EasyCleaner, I get 1228 illegal entries but cannot delete them due to not having admin privileges.
