Could you give me a piece of advice what to do?

A couple of years ago I installed the Cyrillic alphabet on my PC (Windows XP) by using the Rosyjski qwerty method. Last week I tried to reinstall the alphabet, using Windows 8.

How to install Microsoft Alphabet playhouse in Windows 7

I am not able to install Microsoft Alphabet Playhouse on Windows 7. It was working fine on Win98 and win2000. After upgrading the system to XP and now on Windows 7, I am not able to install it.
