Mac ScanandSweep stopped working a few days ago.

I've been using this application very successful, until a few weeks ago. It keeps telling me that I don't have an active Internet connection. What can I do to fix this issue?

The error that you encounter is caused by the fact that the application can't connect to the official server. This issue might be caused by several things. In order to fix it, visit the official website and log in to your account. If yo can't do this, you experience problems with your account and to fix this, you should contact the developer using the contact page from the same site. If you are successful in connecting to the site, the program's connection might be blocked by an application installed recently. To fix this, restore your computer to a state in which the program worked. You should be able to overcome this issue.
