I downloaded the program a few days ago and everything went right, but now it is not opening any more. What should I do?

I suggest you reinstall this application, because it is the simplest way to repair some issues. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program, or use an uninstalling tool to permanently erase this application from your computer. After that, download it again through its official website, and start the installation process again.
