How to fix error 495 android mobile?

Applied All Kind OF Trickes Mentions in this and other some forums & posts. but i cant fix this error :( 

To fix error 495, you can try this: Go ... your gmail account Restart your android and then accept all the ... your app. 

What I did was go to the play store go to my apps and delete the apps that were not installed it worked fine for me on npmty Asus nexus 1st gen 

I had the same problem. Then i emailed the whatsapp supports. And they told me to download the latest version from the web. Www.whatsapp.com/android. And.. my whatsapp happily comeback to life! :) 

i fix this problem by installing the internet configuration sms i 've received from my network provider (vodafone eg) 

I m also facing the same problem. Google should provide the cause, solution or suggestations to the normal users.

The "restrict background data" for all Google Services need to be "UNTICKED". That worked for me... Thanks "anonymous" SETTINGS DATA USAGE Move the bars to select the entire reporting month ...  

It is not that difficult. Go into settings menue. Than select data using. Scroll down. Go and select every icon. Allow always backgrounddata. This should work. It helps me. Sorry for my bad english. 

... limit whilst downloading this should fix the problem. in settings, data ... is an option to set mobile limit. Hope this helps!

i think it we chk wifi setting in wifi routre 

My android device was getting this error and it turned out that it was trying to download via WIFI connection which I had not accepted WIFI agreement to that connection. 

I simply Clear Data from Google Play & Google Services and it works....

1- disable wifi 2-open application manager 3-open ->google play services -> force stop-> clear data 4-open -> google play store ->force stop -> clear data 5- enable wifi 

I bought galaxy grand 4 days ago since than tried almost everything but still getting 495 error. No abroad visits here...
