The problem is with the network connection. My advice is to manually check the firewall in your computer because it seems Bluestacks isn't allow to connect. Additionally, the issue might have been caused by the speed of your Internet connection which in this case can be solved by leaving Bluestacks opened while the download is in progress. It has happened that images on Bluestacks appear blurry and then when you access in the Gallery, they look fine.
