The easiest way to transfer the files is through a cloud storage service. For this purpose, you can install Dropbox in Bluestacks and create a free account. You will get 3-5 GB of space that can be used to transfer all the files you want. After the files have been uploaded, switch to your browser and access the Dropbox website. You will see the files that have been uploaded into the Dropbox interface. You also have the possibility to install the Dropbox client on the PC as well. Log-in and the items will sync to the PC.
