Refound needed for Power Video Cutter.

Who do I contact for a refund of the Power Video Cutter? I installed it and my windows, then my media player in Windows 7 Home Premium keeps freezing up on me. Now I noticed that the file size of the output file is much larger than the original file size. I had to do a system restore and go into the registry cleaner to get rid of the Power Video Cutter. Now things are back to normal except I'm out $19.95 U.S. I cannot use the Power Video Cutter so I am requesting a refund. How can I obtain this?
